基于Dynaform的印涂铝盖底部圆角的数字化设计技术

摘要 实际生产中通常通过反复修磨凸模圆角、反复试冲来获得印涂铝盖合理的圆角半径。此方法对模具调试工人的技术水平要求较高、凸模的修磨难度大、模具调试周期长、费时费工。针对此系列问题,以非线性有限元分析软件Dynaform为平台,对不同圆角半径的印涂铝盖冲压拉深工艺过程进行了数值模拟,通过对比、分析数值模拟结果,确定了1716印涂铝盖底部圆角半径最合理的尺寸范围为0.48 mm<rT3≤0.5 mm,且该方法大大降低了模具调试的难度,缩短了模具设计制造周期,减少了印涂铝盖产品的生产成本。根据实验结果,再综合考虑1716印涂铝盖的精度要求和机床的加工精度,rT3=0.5 mm是1716印涂铝盖精密性和经济性相对统一的理想参数。 In practical production,the rational fillet radius of printed-coated aluminum cover can be obtained by repeating grinding of punch fillet radius and repeating stamping,and the skill of die adjusting worker is required highly. Therefore,the punch is difficult to repair and needs a long adjustment period which is time-consuming and laborious. For the above problems,the drawing processes of printedcoated aluminum cover with different fillet radius were simulated by nonlinear finite element software Dynaform,and the rational size range0. 48 mm 〈rT3≤0. 5 mm was determined by comparing and analysis on digital simulation results. Therefore,the difficulty of die adjustment was reduced greatly,and the period of die design was shorted as well as the production cost decreased. According to the experimental results and a comprehensive consideration on the accuracy requirement of printed-coated aluminum cover 1716 and machining accuracy of machine tool,rT3= 0. 5 mm is the relatively ideal parameter on precision and efficiency.
