基于扶阳思想探讨老年性痴呆的次第治疗

Sequence Treatment for Senile Dementia Based on Strengthening Yang Thought

阳虚是诸病的主要发病之因,痴呆的论治亦不离阴阳之论。提出"次第治疗"老年性痴呆的原则,认为该病的治疗应结合临床分期,初期以上焦肺脏为病位,痰浊蒙窍为主,以宣通肺气、升清降浊为法;中期以中焦脾胃为病位,瘀血内阻兼见心脾阳虚,以活血化瘀兼温补脾阳为法;后期以下焦肾脏为病位,总归为元阳衰弱、化阴不足,以填精补气、温固下焦元阳为法。如此则阴阳和,从而取得良好疗效。

Yang deficiency is the main cause of most diseases. The treatment of dementia based on syndrome differentiation is also related to Yin-Yang. The authors propose the principle that senile dementia might be treated in sequence. They hold that the treatment of this disease should be combined with clinical stages. In early stage,the location of disease is upper-jiao（ lung）,the main cause is orifices confused by phlegm. Thus,the therapy is dispersing lung Qi and ascending lucidity and descending turbidity. In middle stage,the location of disease is middle-jiao（ spleen and stomach）,the main cause is internal blockade of static blood and deficiency of both heart and spleen Yang. Thus,the therapy is activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and warmly invigorating spleen yang.In late stage,the location of disease is lower-jiao（ kidney）,the main cause is deficiency of kidney Yang and Yin.Thus,the therapy is invigorating essential Qi and warmly consolidating kidney Yang. In this way,Yin and Yang become harmonious,so that there might be good effect.
