基于响应曲面法的Knelson选矿机主要操作参数优化 被引量:4

Optimization on the Main Operation Parameters of Knelson Concentrator Based on Response Surface Method

摘要 为获得离心选矿最佳操作参数,以反冲水流量、分选锥转速、给矿流量和给矿浓度为主要操作参数进行离心分选实验,利用Design-expert软件中的BBD响应曲面模块,建立以主要操作参数为响应变量、以选矿指标为响应因子的预测模型,发现反冲水流量和给矿流量的交互作用对精矿富集响应最显著,给矿流量和给矿浓度的交互作用对精矿回收率响应最显著,据此分析得到最优操作参数,实验验证结果表明:响应曲面法可获得选矿最佳操作参数。 In order to obtain the best operation parameters of centrifugal separation, experiments were conducted by tak- ing the backwash water flow, rotational speed of sorting cone, feeding flow and feeding concentration as the main op- eration parameters. The prediction model, which regarded the main operation parameters as the response variables and the ore dressing indexes as the response factors, was built by BBD response surface module of Design--expert software. It found that the interaction between backwash water flow and feeding flow had the most evident response on the concen- trate enrichment, and the interaction between feeding flow and feeding concentration had the most obvious response on the concentrate recovery rate. According to the analysis, the best operation parameters were obtained, and the experi- mental results showed that the response surface method was feasible.
