摘要
对国内外空浴式翅片管气化器传热性能数值模拟研究现状进行了综述,分析了针对管外自然对流传热、水汽在翅片管凝结及凝华结霜、管内流动沸腾传热的数值研究现状,指出了多相流耦合传热数值研究方面存在的问题,对多相流耦合传热数值模拟物理模型的优缺点进行了讨论,最后对空浴式翅片管气化器传热性能数值研究进行了展望并得出结论。
In this paper, the numerical study on the performance of heat transfer of air - heated finned - tube vaporizer was reviewed. The latest progress of numerical study on natural convection outside the tube, the condensation and frosting feature of the water vapor on the finned surface as well as the boiling heat transfer in internal tube was analyzed. The existed issues on numerical analysis of coupled heat transfer of multiphase flow were also proposed, and the advantages and disadvantages of several physical models in multiphase flow and coupled heat transfer were discussed. Finally, the foreground of future numerical study on air - heated finned - tube vaporizer was also discussed and concluded.
