粉磨处理及使用矿物外加剂对陈积粉煤灰活性影响的研究 被引量:8

摘要 利用陈积粉煤灰代替新灰生产加气混凝土,其关键技术是活性的激发。取3个电厂的陈积粉煤灰为实验对象,分别进行未经处理、粉磨处理及使用矿物外加剂3个方面的陈积粉煤灰活性试验,测试胶砂的抗压、抗折强度,并对其活性进行研究。未经处理的陈积粉煤灰的掺入导致试件的抗压、抗折强度均降低,表明粉煤灰在露天长时间堆积,其活性有不同程度的下降;经粉磨处理后的陈积粉煤灰的抗压和抗折强度均有所提高,其中贵阳电厂的陈积粉煤灰增幅最大;掺入矿物外加剂SH1或SH3对陈积粉煤灰的抗压、抗折强度均有所改善。 It is key technology to motivate the activity of sedimentary fly ash when producing aerated concrete with sedimentary fly ash in replace of new fly ash. Therefore,the activity tests for sedimentary fly ash without treatment,with g.rinding treatment and with mineral admixture are conducted for three Power Plants. The compressive and flexural strengths of specimens are tested. And the activities of specimens are studied. The compressive and flexural strengths of specimens are decreased by using sedimentary fly ash without treatment,showing the activities of sedimentary fly ash are decreased when long-term stockpiling in the open yard. The compressive and flexural strengths of specimens with grinding treatment are increased,and ones of Gui-Yang Power Plant are largest. The compressive and flexural strengths of specimens are partly increased by adding SH1 or SH3 mineral admixture.
