摘要
对活性粉末混凝土(RPC)进行了聚合物改性研究。结果表明,聚合物改性RPC的强度随着聚合物掺量的增加先提高后降低,存在一个最佳掺量范围。选择适宜的聚合物,采用合适的掺量,可提高RPC的强度。掺入聚合物可降低压折比,改善RPC的韧性。SEM分析表明,聚合物在水泥石中形成了一个连续的三维空间网状结构,水泥石也在聚合物空间网孔中穿插形成了连续的网状结构,2个空间网状结构互相穿插,形成了一个特有的整体。
This paper studied the modification of RPC with polymer. The results indicated that the strength of RPC first increased and then decreased with the increase of polymer dosage, existing an optimum dosage range. The results also showed that suitable polymers could improve the strength of RPC at proper dosages. The toughness test indicated that incorporating polymers raised the flexural strength/compressive strength ratio of materials,thus increasing toughfiess of materials. SEM examinations showed that the polymer formed a Continuous three-dimensional network structure in the cement paste,the cement paste also interspersed in space mesh of the polymer and formed a continuous network structure, and the two spatial network structure interspersed with each other to form a unique whole.
