摘要
以聚氨酯和橡胶粉复合改性沥青,通过针入度、延度、软化点等常规性能试验探讨了改性剂的合理掺量,并应用动态剪切流变试验(DSR)和弯曲梁流变试验(BBR)对其高低温性能进行评价,在此基础上进行沥青混合料的路用性能试验。结果显示,聚氨酯和橡胶粉复合改性沥青混合料的高温性能和水稳定性有了明显改善,具有较好的路用性能,能够满足中国南方地区的使用要求。
This article discusses the preparation of composite modified asphalt with polyurethane and rubber powder. Through testing the penetration index,ductility and softening point of the modified asphalt,the reasonable content of rubber powder and polyurethane were investigated. The high and low temperature properties were evaluated by DSR test and BBR method. Furthermore the pavement-application performance of the modified asphalt mixture was tested in the laboratory. The results indicate that the composite modified asphalt can improve the high temperature properties and water stability of asphalt mixture,and this asphalt mixture has excellent pavement performance which can meet the requirements of the use in the south of China.
