摘要
通过分子结构设计,采用自由基共聚的方法,制备具有长侧链梳状结构的早强型聚羧酸减水剂,当酸醚比为4∶1,AMPS替代10%丙烯酸时,减水剂具有较好的综合性能;该早强型减水剂减水率低于普通聚羧酸减水剂,但其早强效果更优;用于生产大型管道预制构件时,混凝土的施工性能良好,早期强度发展快,较好地满足了施工要求。
A comb-like early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer with length side chains was prepared by designing the molecular structure and free radical eopelymerization, The superplasticizer has good integrated performance when acid/ether ratio and replacement rate of AMPS to AA were 4:1 and 10%,respectively. Compared to conventional polycarboxylate superplasticizer, the early-strength superplasticizer had more obvious early-strength effect although lower water reducing rate. As early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer was applied big pipeline precast component,the concrete had good workability and early-strength effect that met the construction requirement very well.
