摘要
胆管癌(CCA)是一种胆管上皮来源具有高度致死性的恶性肿瘤,这种具有高度致死性的恶性肿瘤发病率在全球范围内呈增加趋势,病因及发病机制尚不明确,早期诊断与治疗情况不容乐观.随着基因组学和生物信息学的发展,尤其是高通量测序技术的大量应用,人们逐渐意识到癌症的发生是由遗传学和表观遗传学的共同改变所致,这也为胆管癌的基础研究提供了新的思路.本文对CCA相关表观遗传学在DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰和非编码RNA调控方面的研究作一综述.
Cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) is a malignant tumour of bile duct epithelial cells with a high mortality and rising incidence worldwide,and its etiology and pathogenesis have not been fully elucidated,early diagnosis and treatment are not optimistic.With the development of genomics and bioinformatics,especially the extensive application of high-throughput sequencing technology,people have been realizing that the occurrence of cancer is caused by changes of genetics and epigenetics,which provides a new idea for basic research of bile duct cancer.In this review,the lastest advances of epigenetic changes associated with CCA in DNA methylation,histone modification and non-coding RNA regulation are summarized.
