基于激光感应的信号传感开关状态监测模块设计

摘要 传感设备受到高压区电磁场的干扰后,使得传统机构式信号传感开关状态监测方法产生磨损问题,监测精度降低。为此,提出一种基于激光感应的信号传感开关状态监测模块,其包括开关状态激光感应模块、通信模块以及后端服务器。通过零接触的激光感应模块,依靠激光射线测量远距离检测传感开关动触头位置,避免高压一侧的强电磁场的干扰。将获取的信号传感开关状态反馈到后端服务器中,完成信号传感开关状态的远程自主辨识。软件设计中,给出信号传感开关状态监测模块的主程序流程图和串口通信流程图,设计了关键的程序代码。实验结果说明,所设计开关状态监测模块具有较高的监测效率、监测精度以及抗噪性能。 Sensing equipment has high after the interference of electromagnetic field, the traditional institution type signal sensor switch state monitoring methods produce wear problem, monitoring accuracy is reduced, therefore, put forward a kind of based on laser induced signal sensing switch state monitoring module, which include switch state laser induction module, communication module and back-end servers. By zero contact laser induction module, rely on the laser radiation measuring distance detection sensor switch actuator contact position, avoiding interference from high voltage side of the strong electromagnetic field. To obtain the signal sensing switch state feedback to the backend server, complete signal remote autonomous sensing switch state identification. Software design, gives the signal sensing switch state monitoring module of the main program flow chart and flow chart of serial port communication, and design the key code. The experiment result shows that the design of switch state monitoring module has high precision and efficiency of monitoring, monitoring of antinoise performance.
