转录因子ELF4的免疫调节功能研究进展

摘要 ETS(E26 transformation specific)家族分子是多细胞生物的一类转录因子,因最早在禽骨髓成红细胞增生症病毒E26所表达的融合蛋白中发现的癌基因编码的蛋白而得名。该家族蛋白结构高度保守,其中具有一段85aa序列能够特异性地结合于DNA共有基序GGAA/T。
