摘要
通过极化曲线、交流阻抗谱以及扫描电镜(SEM)等方法,研究了在不同的热处理工艺下5Cr5MoSiV1钢在中性环境和酸性环境中的耐腐蚀性,并且对其腐蚀机制进行了研究。SEM结果表明,在3.5%的NaCl溶液和0.05 mol/L的H2SO4溶液中5Cr5MoSiV1钢的腐蚀方式分别为点蚀和晶间腐蚀。电化学试验后,发现经过1 050℃淬火+空冷的热处理后试样自腐蚀电流密度较小,耐腐蚀性较好。其原因是基体中固溶的Cr元素较多,从而提高了5Cr5MoSiV1钢表面保护膜的致密性,有效提高了其耐腐蚀性。
The corrosion behavior and corrosion mechanism of 5Cr5MoSiV1 steel after different heat treatment processes in neutral and acidic environment were investigated by polarization curve,electrochemical impendance spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The results reveal that the type of surface damage of 5Cr5MoSiV1 steel is characterized by pitting corrosion and intergranular corrosion in3.5% NaCl solution and in 0.05mol/L H2SO_4 solution.After the electrochemical test,the sample treated at 1 050 ℃ quenching and air cooling has the desirable corrosion resistance,which is attributed to more Cr atom dissolving in the Fe matrix,thus increasing the compactness of the protection surface film and improving its corrosion resistance.
