摘要
根据复杂薄壁结构件的精密铸造成型理论,对ZTA15中空法兰结构及其铸造难点进行了分析,从铸造工艺设计、数值模拟仿真以及工艺优化3个方面进行了研究。结果表明,通过模拟仿真提前预测了缺陷位置和类型,通过优化铸造工艺显著减少了铸件中上、下法兰处缩松、气孔等缺陷,提高了铸件的质量,获得了优质钛合金精铸件。
According to the forming theory of investment castings with complex thin-walled structure,ZTA15 hollow flange structure and casting difficulties were analyzed.The design of casting process,numerical simulation and process optimization were carried out.The results show that the simulated results can predict the location and type of defects,and shrinkage porosities(gas holes)in the upper and lower flange casting can be reduced significantly through the optimization of casting process.High-quality titanium alloy castings were obtained by improving the quality.
