盘式制动器制动尖叫分析与解决

摘要 盘式制动器制动尖叫的抑制与解决对于摩托车骑乘舒适性与降低噪声污染有着重要的意义。盘式制功器制动尖叫机理复杂,应根据实际情况应用不同原理分析机理,本文针对某国产摩托车盘式制动器制动尖叫问题,首先通过NVH测试,分析并确定制动尖叫产生的原因,然后,基于有限元平台Hypermesh建立有限元模型进行模态分析,并与试验模态结果对比标定,利用有限元分析提出结构修改方案,最后试做样件,通过底盘模拟试验,表明对策方案能够有效解决制动尖叫问题,进而提升产品的NVH性能。 Inhibition of disc brake squeal and solution for motorcycle riding confortability and noise pollution reduction are both important. Disc brake noise squeal mechanism is complex, it should be analyzed based on the actual situation of different principle analysis mechanism. The NVH test is conducted to analyze and determine the reason for brake squeal. Then, the finite element platform (Hypermesh) is established based on modal analysis finite element model. Using the finite element analysis of structure modification, test samples are finally made. Through the chassis simulation test, its indicates that it can effectively solve the problems of brake squeal and then improve the performance of NVH products.
