身体机能指标对体质的影响及地理分布规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:通过分析比较不同区域的人体机能指标变化差异,找出区域分布规律,为进一步完善体质指标评价体系提供参考依据。方法:以我国20-69岁的成年人为研究对象,采用分层整群抽样的方法,主要收集肺活量、台阶指数数据,采用Kriging等多元统计方法分析资料。结果:安静脉搏(OR=0.89,95%CI为0.86-0.92)、收缩压(0.93,0.89-0.96)、舒张压(0.81,0.78-0.84)、台阶指数(2.21,2.13-2.29)、肺活量(5.54,5.32-5.77)是影响体质达标与否的相关因素;全国范围内成年人肺活量与台阶指数均呈现片状或板块状分布,不同地区存在明显的地理分布差异,并显示出一定的变化趋势及规律。结论:肺活量与台阶指数是影响身体体质水平的两个最重要的指标之一;肺活量、台阶指数两项指标均与海拔高度有关联。 Objective: Based on the analysis comparison of different parts of the human body function index differences, find out the regional distribution, provide a reference basis for further perfecting the evaluation system of physique indicators. Methods: With 20 --69 adults of China as the research object, using the stratified cluster sampling method to collect vital capacity and step index data and using Kriging method to analyze the data. Results: The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that major risk factors influencing fitness were quiet pulse(OR=0. 89, 95%CI: 0. 86-0. 92), systolic pressure (0. 93,0. 89-0. 96), diastolic pressure(0. 81,0. 78-0. 84), step index (2. 21,2. 13-2. 29), vital capacity (5.54,5.32-5.77). Adults nationwide vital capacity and step index sheet or plate shape distribution, there are obvious geographical distribution differences in different areas, and shows a certain tendency and rule. The vital capacity and step index of the adults in the whole country presented a patchy or plate distribution. There were obvious geographical distribution differences in different regions, and showed a certain change trend and law. Conclusion: Vital capacity and step index is affecting one of the two most important indexes of the body physique level; Vital capacity and step index both associated with the altitude.
