慢性紧张型头痛（chronic tension—type headache，CTTH）是临床常见的一种慢性头痛类型，其病理生理学机制尚不完全清楚。CTTH的中枢性疼痛机制可能与无视盘水肿性特发性颅内高压（idiop athic intracranial hypertension without papiltedema，IIHWOP）和静脉窦狭窄有关。鉴于CTTH会给患者带来持久的痛苦，其防治十分重要。文章对IIHWOP伴．CTTH与静脉窦狭窄的病理生理学机制和治疗进行了综述。

Chronic tension-type headache （CTTH） is a common chronic headache in clinical practice. Its pathophysiological mechanism remains unclear. The central pain mechanism of CTTH may be associated with idiopathic intracranial hypertension without papilledema （IIHWOP） and venous sinus stenosis. In view of CTTH will bring patients lasting pain, its prevention and treatment are very important. This article reviews the pathophysiological mechanisms and treatment of IIHWOP with CTTH and venous sinus stenosis.
