摘要
目的总结中国大陆1964年至2013年报道的李斯特菌病(LD)病例,分析其临床与流行病学特征。方法通过计算机结合手工检索我国1964年至2013年来报道李斯特菌病的文献资料,统计各李斯特菌病例的临床与流行病学信息,并进行分析。结果总结中国大陆1964年至2013年报道的LD相关文献121篇,LD病例256例,其中非围生期病例122例,新生儿86例,围生期孕妇48例;局灶感染39例,血液系统感染103例,中枢神经系统感染103例,11例未提供感染部位信息。多为散发(252例),仅1起爆发引起4例患者感染。青霉素耐药率18.9%,总体死亡率30.8%,新生儿组死亡率52.6%,中枢神经系统感染者死亡率39.1%。结论李斯特菌病特别是新生儿感染者或中枢神经系统感染者病情严重,死亡率较高,应加强预防治疗。
Objective To analyze the clinical and epidemiological features of the cases of Listeria disease(LD)reported between 1964 and 2013in China.Methods Cases of LD reported between 1964 and 2013in China were searched through both computer and manual retrieval,and the clinical and epidemiological information were summarized and analyzed.Results We collected 121LD-related articles reported between 1964 and 2013in China.Two hundred and fifty-six cases of LD were found,which involved 48 perinatal women,86 neonatal and 122non-perinatal women.Thirty-nine cases were local infections,103 cases were bloodstream infections,103 cases were central nervous system infections,and 11 cases did not mention the site of infection.Only 1case of 4patients infection outbreak was reported while most of the infections occurred sporadically(252cases).The resistance rate to penicillin was 18.9%.The overall mortality rate was 30.8%,the mortality of neonatal sufferers was 52.6%,and the mortality of ones with central nervous system infection was 39.1%.Conclusion LD is a severe disease with a high mortality,especially neonatal sufferers or those with central nervous system infection,therefore,the prevention and treatment should be strengthened.
