摘要
湿型砂主要是由铸造硅砂、膨润土和煤粉按设定的量进行混合,在水的作用下,形成的具有一定性能的一种湿型材料。本文着重研究水与上述三种材料在湿化过程中所体现的形态和作用,说明水在湿型砂混制时的重要性,以期能在混砂时控制水的加入量,获得性能稳定的湿型砂,避免因水量的调整不当而引起湿型砂的质量变化。
Green sand is mainly composed of foundry silica sand,bentonite,coal and correct proportioning with water.This paper focuses on the research of the morphology and function of water in mixing process with the three materials to show the importance of water in the wet sand mixing,in order to control its addition and obtain green sand with stable performanc.
