新媒体时代高校思想政治教育及校园文化建设皆受到一定的冲击和影响。高校校园文化是思想政治教育的重要补充,大学生健康成长的主阵地及重要的实践载体。在校园文化建设中融入企业文化以适应创新人才需求、发掘地方传统文化资源开展大学生思想政治教育实践、利用新媒体建立"红色网站"并加强校园网络团队建设等措施成为高校思想政治教育的重要实践路径。

College ideological and political education and the construction of campus culture are af-fected to some extent in the new media era. As an important supplement of the ideological and politi-cal education, college campus culture is regarded as the main position of students’ healthy growth and a significant practice carrier. Important approaches to improve college ideological and political education are advanced, which incorporating enterprise culture into the campus culture construction to cater to the requirements of innovative talents, exploring local traditional culturul resources to car-ry out college ideological and political education practices, employing new media to establish “red websites” and to strengthen the construction of campus network team.
