摘要
1目的观察糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者应用依帕司他治疗前后血清铁蛋白(SF)及氧化应激反应指标的变化,探讨依帕司他对DPN患者氧化应激反应及高铁蛋白血症的改善作用。2方法DPN患者100例,按照数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组给予灯盏花素针50mg,1次/d,静滴2周;依帕司他片50mg,3次/d,口服12周。对照组50例,仅给予灯盏花素针50mg,1次/d,静滴2周。观察两组患者治疗前及治疗12周后血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)、SF水平变化。3结果治疗12周后两组患者血清MDA、SF含量较治疗前降低,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.01);血清SOD、GSH水平升高,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。4结论依帕司他对于DPN患者氧化应激反应及高铁蛋白血症有改善作用。
Objective To observe the changes of serum ferritin and the reaction of oxidative stress in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy with epalrestat treatment.To explore the improve effect of oxidative stress and high ferritin in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy with epalres- tat treatment.Methods A total of 100 patients which were divided into observation group and control group 50 cases each group according to random number table method.In the control group were receiving breviscapine 50mg,iv qd for two weeks, The observation group were additionally given epalrestat 50mg, oral rid for twelve weeks on the basis of the control group. And observed the levels change of Serum Ferritin (SF), serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione (GSH), malondialdehyde (MDA) before and after twelve weeks in two groups. Results The two groups after treatment,the serum MDA and SF contents were lower than those before therapy, The observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group( P 〈0.01);The levels of serum SOD,GSH increased after treatment in two groups, The observation group was significantly higher than that of control group( P 〈0.01).Conclusion Epalrestat can improve oxidative stress and high ferritin in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
