后“名栏”时代西部高校社科学报竞争策略述论

Review of the Competition Strategy Adopted by West China University Social Science Journals in a Post Famous Columns Era

高校学报栏目建设整体布局现已基本完成,期刊发展进入后"名栏"时代,但这并不等于入围栏目阵营将一成不变。平衡布局的结构要求、"优胜劣汰"的评选和动态管理机制给非"名栏"期刊提供了跻身"名栏"的可能,因此,普通期刊(包括部分核心期刊)通过有效竞争策略,诸如增强必胜信念打造特色栏目、找准学科优势做好选题策划、选好栏目主持人和栏目编辑等多项措施,将有可能再创"名栏","名栏"建设大有可为。

The overall layout of the columns of university journals is basically completed,university journals step into the ＂post famous column＂era,but it does not mean that the top columns will always stay at the top. To keep the balance of the overall arrangement, the present evaluation system and dynamic management mechanism allow common journals to rank among the ＂famous columns＂. For this reason,the ordinary journals（ including the part of the core journals） may make improvement by adopting effective competition strategies, including enhancing triumphalism, designing characteristic columns, getting the disciplinary advantages,selecting and planning properly,choosing good presenter and editor and so on.
