摘要
用NaOH改性过的苎麻纤维作为增强纤维,国产聚乳酸纤维作为基体,利用模压法制作复合材料。采用正交试验设计,以纤维配比、模压压强、模压温度、模压时间为变量,进行了9种工艺条件的模压试验。制得的复合材料进行拉伸和弯曲性能测试,最后通过数据分析得出最优工艺。试验结果为:改性过的苎麻/PLA复合材料在纤维配比为4∶6、模压压强7 MPa、模压温度175℃和模压时间8 min时,其力学性能最好。
Taking NaoH modified ramie fiber as a reinforced fiber and domestic polylactic acid (PLA) fiber as a composite matrix, a green composites is prepared with a fiat vulcanizing machine. By orthogonal experimental design of fiber ratio for moulding, moulding temperature and time as variants, nine kinds of moulding process experiments are carried out. The tensile and bending performance of the composite materials are tested, and the optimum process is obtained. The results show that when the fiber ratio of modified ramie/PLA of 4 : 6, and moulding at 175℃ for 8min with pressure of 7MPa, the mechanical properties of modified ramie/PLA is the best.
