紧密纺超大牵伸纺特高支纱牵伸工艺研究

摘要 介绍了细纱超大牵伸技术的现状及特点,在TH588型四罗拉紧密纺细纱机上采用重定量高效工艺纺制JC2.9 tex特高支纱。通过工艺试验分析了总牵伸倍数及中、后区牵伸倍数和前区钳口隔距对成纱质量的影响。试验数据表明:采用重定量高效工艺纺制特高支纱时,总牵伸倍数的配置,主区、中区、后区牵伸的分配对纱线的条干、细节、粗节、质量CV等指标起决定作用。总牵伸倍数的合理配置,使得纤维在牵伸区内得到有效控制,牵伸力和握持力相适应。中区、后区配置较小的牵伸倍数能获得较优的成纱条干质量。通过增加后区摩擦力界及纺纱专件等改进工艺措施,成纱的条干、粗细节、强力等指标进一步得到改善和提高。 The situation and features of high count super large draft technology are introduced. 5plnnmg processing ot the compact-spun high count cotton yarn with super large draft device is studied, and JC2.9tex yarn is spun on TH558 four-roller super large draft spinning frame successfully. Influences of total draft multiple, draft muhiple in middle and back zone and nip gauge in front zone on yarn quality are discussed. The results show that in high count yarn spinning with high effect process of weight ration, total draft multiple and draft multiple distribution in main, middle and back zone will determine the evenness, thin place, thick place, quality and CV of the yarn. The proper total draft multiple can make the fiber well controlled in drafting with suitable drafting and gripping force. Fewer draft multiple in the middle and back zone can obtain better evenness. By proper selection of main process parameters and optional election of key spinning equipments, the spun yarn qualities are improved greatly.
