摘要
针对花罗织物幅宽窄、密度低、不够硬挺等缺陷,从织物结构角度,对宽幅高密硬挺花罗织物的设计方法进行了梳理和分析。研究表明:经纬纱均采用半脱胶强捻桑蚕丝,以及在织机上安装特制宽幅张力装置可以有效解决宽幅花罗织物在织造过程中的张力和噪声问题,并提高织物密度,从而得到宽幅高密硬挺的花罗织物。
In view of the defects of narrow width, low density and not starched of leno jacquard fabric, the design of broad width, high-density and starched leno jacquard fabric, is analyzed fi'om the perspective of fabric structure. The results show that starched leno jacquard fabric with broad width and high-density can be woven using half-degumming heavy twist silk yarns as warp and weft and installing special hroad width tension device on the weaving loom, which can solve the problem of the noise and tension in weaving process and improve the density of the fabric.
