科技创新视角下株洲市产业转型研究

Study on the Industrial Transformation of Zhuzhou City from the Perspective of Technology Innovation

实现产业转型的关键在于科技创新,分析株洲市科技创新现状可以得出三个"并存"结论,即科技创新投入总量增加与投入结构失衡并存、投入产出成效显著与成果转化率低并存、科技创新平台建设不断壮大与分布不协调并存,结合株洲市产业结构的特点,以科技创新视角分别从农业、传统工业、高新技术产业及服务业方面逐一分析,从而提出构建新型农业科技服务体系、深化产业创新战略和产业融合发展、推进现代物流业发展、优化服务平台和完善产学研协同创新机制等可参考性建议。

Technology innovation plays a key role in realizing the industrial transformation. This paper has analyzed Zhuzhou city＇s current situation in regard of technology innovation, and draws a conclusion that the investment amount coexists with structure imbalance, high input-output efficiency coexists with the low transformation rate of achievements, and platform construction coexists with the unbalanced distribu- tion. Combined with the characteristics of the industrial structure, the paper has analyzed agriculture, tra- ditional industry, high-tech industry and service industry from the perspective of technology innovation, and thus proposes building a new agricultural science and technology service system, deepening the indus- trial innovation strategy and industrial integration development, and promoting the development of modern logistics industry so as to optimize service platform and improve the production, collaborative innovation mechanism, etc.
