Capability Evaluation of The Early Warning Monitoring System Based on G1 Method and Cloud Theory

结合雷达预警监视系统的发展要素,提出了系统建设效能的评估指标体系,在综合G1法的基础上,建立云重心理论效能评估模型,通过实例进行了有效的评估分析,表明该法可行有效并为分析系统能力提供了新的方法途径。

Combiniing with the development elements of radar early warning monitoring system, this paper puts forward the effectiveness evaluation index system of system building, sets up the theoritical effectiveness evaluation model of cloud center of gravity based on synthetical G1 method,performs effective evaluation and analysis through a practical example,which indicates that the method is effective and feasible,can offer a new way for analyzing the system ability.
