摘要
目的观察电针治疗阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)的临床疗效。方法 50例AD患者采用针刺治疗,得气后取神庭、百会为1组,大椎、风府为1组,双侧涌泉为1组,分别接G6805-Ⅱ型电针治疗仪进行电针治疗。观察患者治疗前后简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)评分和修订后的长谷川智能量表(HDS-R)评分变化情况。结果患者治疗后MMSE和HDS-R总评分及分项评分与治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论电针是一种治疗AD的有效方法,能有效提高患者认知功能。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture for Alzheimer’s disease (AD).Method Fifty AD patients were intervened by acupuncture. After needling sensation was achieved, G6805-Ⅱ electroacupuncture instrument was connected to the following 3 groups of points, Shenting (GV 24) and Baihui (GV 20), Dazhui (GV 14) and Fengfu (GV 16), as well as bilateral Yongquan (KI 1). The Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) and the Hasegawa Dementia Scale-Revised (HDS-R) were observed in the two groups before and after the treatment.Result There was statistically significant pre/post-treatment difference in the total scores and each item score of MMSE and HDS-R (P〈0.01,P〈0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture is an effective method for AD, and it can improve the cognitive function of the patients.
