穴位埋线、龈交穴挑刺配合中药灌肠治疗慢性肛窦炎疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Acupoint Catgut Embedding and Point Yinjiao Piercing plus Herbal Retention Enema in Treating Chronic Anal Cryptitis

目的观察穴位埋线、龈交穴挑刺配合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性肛窦炎的临床疗效。方法将170例慢性肛窦炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组85例。治疗组采用穴位埋线、龈交穴挑刺配合中药保留灌肠治疗,对照组采用西药保留灌肠法治疗。比较两组治疗后临床疗效及生活质量疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为97.6%,对照组为78.8%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组生活质量总有效率为97.6%,对照组为76.5%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线、龈交穴挑刺配合中药保留灌肠治疗慢性肛窦炎疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding and point Yinjiao piercing plus herbal retention enema in treating chronic anal cryptitis.Methods One hundred and seventy patients with chronic anal cryptitis were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 85 cases each. The treatment group received acupoint catgut embedding and point Yinjiao piercing plus herbal retention enema and the control group, Western medicine retention enema. The clinical therapeutic effects and the qualities of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficacy rate was 97.6% in the treatment group and 78.8% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The total efficacy rate for the quality of life was 97.6% in the treatment group and 76.5% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding and point Yinjiao piercing plus herbal retention enema have a definite therapeutic effect on chronic anal cryptitis.
