SWOT Analysis of Gas Turbine Industry of Sichuan Province

四川省作为国内领先的重大装备制造基地和国家重要的燃气轮机(以下简称燃机)研制基地,具有大力发展燃机产业的基础。基于此,在调查研究的基础上,运用SWOT分析的方法,从燃机研制平台、研制能力、关键技术、产品体系、市场需求、产业研发人才、产业政策支持、国内外发展环境、发展风险多个角度出发,对四川省发展燃机产业的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行分析,研究提出四川省发展燃机产业的SO、WO、ST、WT战略,并提出有利于四川省燃机产业发展的政策建议。

As the major equipment manufacturing base and domestic important gas turbine develop base, Sichuan province has the foundation to develop the gas turbine industry. Based on that, this paper adopted the SWOT analytical method to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the development of gas turbine industry in Sichuan province. The develop platform and ability, key technology, product system, market requirement, industry research and development personnel, industry policy, development environment, development risk etc. were analyzed in this paper. From the analyses, some policy suggestions, which are helpful for the development of the gas turbine industry, were proposed.
