摘要
针对铣刨机洒水系统在施工过程中存在的水资源使用效率低的问题,利用TRIZ理论的40个发明原理中的反馈原理,通过引入温度反馈源和铣刨深度反馈源,对铣刨机洒水系统进行了创新设计。结果表明:新的设计方案能够根据实际铣刨工况实时调节洒水系统的洒水量,在有效解决除尘和降温的前提下,提高了水资源的使用效率,同时验证了TRIZ理论在工程机械领域进行创新设计的优势。
During working process of sprinkler system of Milling Machine, there are some problems such as the waste of water resources. Using the feedback principle of the 40 principles of TRIZ theory, the innovative sprinkler system of milling machine was be designed by introducing the temperature feedback source and the depth feedback source. The results show that the new design scheme can adjust the sprinkling system in real time according to the actual milling condition, effectively solving the problem of dust removal and cooling and improving the use efficiency of water resources. At the same time, it verifies the advantages of TRIZ theory in the field of construction machinery.
