摘要
平面铣削加工中,零件的表面质量与加工效率是主要的经济参考指标,为了分析两者之间的潜在关系,以机头滑板零件作为研究对象设计了理实对照实验。首先针对铣削加工的切削速度VC和进给量Vf两个因变量设计了四组铣削参数,通过理论分析和判断得出零件表面质量和加工时间的排序,然后以三人小组团队合作进行实践操作,记录详细的铣削加工用时并借助表面粗糙度标准样块判定零件表面的优劣,最后结合实验数据验证理论分析的一致性和差异性,为后续产品质量和加工效率的优化做铺垫。
Surface quality and processing efficiency are the main economic reference indexes in plane milling. In order to analyze the potential relationship between quality and efficiency, a comparison experiment of theory and practice is designed with Head Skateboard as the research object. Firstly, four sets of milling parameters are designed according to the cutting speed Vc and the feedrate Vf of the milling process. Through the theoretical analysis and judgment, the order of the surface quality and the machining time are obtained. Then the team of three people to practice operations, record the details of the milling time and determine the merits of the surface with the surface roughness standard sample. Finally, the consistency and differences of theoretical analysis are verified by the experimental data for optimizing product quality and processing efficiency.
