摘要 为了实现齿轮指状铣刀轴截形的精密磨削,基于齿轮仿形加工理论,推导了基于齿轮设计参数的铣刀轴截形的数学表达式。在此基础上,针对指状齿轮铣刀轴与砂轮轴平行或垂直两种情况,分别通过求解指状齿轮铣刀轴截形曲线的法线、向量合成,最终求解出了砂轮磨削指状齿轮铣刀时的两种运动轨迹表达式。并运用MATLAB软件,对两种磨削运动中的砂轮运动轨迹进行了计算验证。结果表明,砂轮运动轨迹计算正确,该研究为齿轮指状齿轮铣刀廓形的精密磨削提供了理论依据。 In order to achieve precision grinding for axis section of the finger-shaped milling cutter, based on the theory of gear profiling, calculated the mathematical expressions of axis section for finger-shaped milling cutter, which is based on gear design parameters. On this basis, for finger milling cutter axis parallel or perpendicular to the grinding wheel axis two cases, through solving the normal vector of axis section curve of the finger-shaped milling cutter, vector synthesis, finally got the two trajectory expression for grinding a finger-shaped milling cutter using grinding wheel. Using the MATLAB software, the grinding wheel trajectories were calculated and verified in the two kinds of grinding movement. The results show that: grinding wheel trajectory calculation is correct, the study provides a theoretical basis for the profile precision grinding of finger-shaped milling cutter for gear.
