摘要 为了对变工况齿轮信号进行特征提取,对变工况齿轮故障特征进行了研究,采用Hilbert解调的方法对变工况齿轮角域信号进行解调,但Hilbert解调在处理变工况齿轮角域信号时有局限性,所以采用Hilbert解调与倒阶次谱相结合的方法对变工况齿轮角域信号进行诊断研究。首先,分析了角域信号的组成成分以及齿轮角域信号的故障特征;其次,对Hilbert解调和倒阶次谱进行了分析;再次,对Hilbert解调的局限性以及改进方法进行了分析;最后,通过实验仿真与验证说明了Hilbert解调与倒阶次谱相结合的方法对角域信号特征提取的有效性。 In order to the character of variable working condition of gear the variable condition of gear fault features was studied.The Hilbert demodulation method was adopted to varying duty gear Angle domain signal But the Hilbert demodulation signal has limitations in dealing with a variable gear Angle range.So the Hilbert demodulation combined with inverted order spectrum method was used to gear angle domain signal diagnosis research.First of all,The angle domain signal composition and fault feature of gear Angle domain signal was analyzed.Secondly, The Hilbert demodulation and the order time spectrum principle was analyzed.Again,The limitations of the Hilbert demodulation and improvement methods was analyzed.At last, Through the experimental simulation and verification show that the method of Hilbert demodulation combine with inverted order spectrum for the diagonal domain signal feature extraction was effectived.
