摘要
针对叉车倾斜油缸受力较大的问题,运用ADAMS软件对某叉车门架系统进行动态仿真分析,得到倾斜油缸受力随时间变化的关系,确定倾斜油缸的最大受力值。参数化倾斜油缸铰接点坐标,通过敏感度分析确定优化变量。以最小化倾斜油缸的最大受力值为目标,建立优化设计数学模型,并运用MATLAB优化工具箱中的fmincon函数进行优化求解。对优化后的模型重新进行动态仿真分析,验证优化设计结果的准确性,为叉车门架系统的受力改善和结构改进提供了理论依据。
For the issue that the force of tilt cylinders is too large, dynamic simulation analysis of a forklift mast frame was carried out by ADAMS. Then the force versus time curve and the maximum force value of tilt cylinder was obtained. To parameterize the coordinates of articulated point on the tilt cylinders. The optimization variables was determined through the sensitivity analysis. To minimize the maximum force of tilt cylinders is the optimization objective,the mathematical model of optimal design was establishedThe optimization analysis was carried out by using the fmincon function in MATLAB optimization toolbox. To verify the accuracy of the optimization results, the optimized model is re simulated, It provides a reference for improving force and structure of the forklift mast frame.
