摘要 通过对增程式电动汽车能源管理策略以及工作模式的分析,针对增程式电动汽车控制策略中燃油经济性改善的问题,设计了一种基于规则的逻辑门限控制策略方法。在遵循增程式电动汽车控制策略的总体设计原则的前提下,给出针对增程式电动汽车增程器系统的发动机ON/OFF控制运行规则,利用Matlab/Simulink和ADVISOR软件联合建立增程式电动汽车整车及控制策略模型,并在NEDC循环工况下进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明,与传统的功率跟随式控制策略相比,采用所提出的控制策略可以很好地实现对增程式电动汽车发动机的启闭控制以及对整车燃油经济性的提高,验证了此控制策略的有效性。 Energy management strategy and operation modes of Extended Range-Electric Vehicle (E-REV) were analyzed first. In order to improve the fuel economy ofE-REV, a logic control strategy based on the designed rules was proposed. On the premise of following the general design principle of the control strategy of E-REV, the operating rules of engine on-off for the auxiliary power unit (APU) were designed. A simulation model of the E-REV and control strategy was constructed in Matlab/Simulink and ADVIAOR environment to evaluate the control strategy for the E-REV, and the simulation was carried out in the NEDC driving cycle. Simulation results reveal that, compared with the power following control strategy, the proposed logic control strategy achieves a better control effect for the engine on-off as well as improves fuel economy and emissions. The vehicle performance has reached the expected requirements.
