摘要 针对于金属板材切割机中的两轴联动控制和高精度加工控制要求,基于PLC开发了一套板材切割机闭环控制系统。控制系统采用装有组态王的PC机作为上位机,PLC作为下位机核心控制器,结合运动控制单元和伺服系统驱动X-Y两轴联动。编码器用于X、Y轴实际行走位置的检测。该系统通过对X、Y十字工作台的二维运动控制,实现了圆形、矩形和三角形等平面图形切割。为达到平面上任意轨迹切割,满足不同场合切割需求,系统还集成了示教与再现功能。将该控制系统应用于板材切割控制中,有利于提高切割设备加工精度以及加工自动化程度。 Aiming at linkage control of two axes and high precision processing control requirements for metal plate cutting machine, a closed-loop control system for plate cutting machine based on PLC /s developed. The control system adopts PC with KingView as upper machine and PLC as the core controller of lower machine, combing with motion control unit and servo system to drive the combined movements of the two X-Y axes and with the encoder to detect the actual walking position of the each axis. The cutting of circle, rectangle and triangle is realized by the control system for the motion control of the cutting machine with X-Y cross table. To realize the cutting of arbitrary trajectory, the function of teaching and playback is integrated in the system to meet the demand of different occasions for cutting. The application of the control system in plate cutting is beneficial to improve the machining accuracy and manufacturing automation of the cutting equipments.
