摘要 针对当前精密压力表标准装置检定教学中存在的理论教学过于抽象、多媒体视频教学缺少互动、实验教学设备昂贵的问题,设计了一种精密压力表标准装置检定仿真教学系统。使用3DMAX建模软件创建精密压力表标准装置检定设备模型,Photoshop软件处理设备贴图,Adobe After Effects软件制作教学视频,然后利用Unity3 D虚拟仿真引擎搭建虚拟仿真教学系统。系统包括结构原理展示、视频动画教学和虚拟仿真实操三种教学方式,实现了精密压力表标准装置检定仿真教学的功能,交互式设计能够增加学生的学习热情和效率,弥补了传统教学方式的不足。测试表明,系统具有开发成本低、沉浸性强和教学效果好的特点。 This work was devoted to simulating teaching system of the verification of precision pressure gauge standard device,aiming at reducing the abstractness of theoretical teaching, increasing the interactive of multimedia video teaching and cutting down the costs of experimental equipment. The system was built by using 3 DMAX modeling software to create the verification equipment model of precision pressure gauge standard device,with Photoshop software to process equipment map and Adobe After Effects software to make teaching video. Then the Unity3 D virtual simulation engine was used to build the virtual simulation teaching system. The system includes three kinds of teaching modes,which are the display of construction principle,video animation teaching and virtual simulation operating. The system realized the development of simulation teaching system of precision pressure gauge standard device verification,the interactive design can increase students' learning enthusiasm and efficiency and make up for the deficiency of traditional teaching methods. Testing shows that it has the advantages of low development cost,good immersion and good teaching effect.
