高校仪器设备维修管理的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Instrument and Equipment Maintenance Management in Colleges and Universities

为了提高高校仪器设备的维修管理水平,保障高校仪器设备的完好率、使用率,降低仪器设备的维修成本,从高校仪器设备维修管理现状出发,分析了高校仪器设备维修管理工作存在的主要问题,结合我校仪器设备维修管理工作的实践,从维修机构、维修制度、维修人员、维修经费以及维护保养等方面提出了有效的解决方案,供高校仪器设备维修管理参考。

Aiming at improving maintenance and management level of instrument and equipment in colleges and universities,ensuring instrument equipment integrity rate and utilization and reducing their maintenance cost,main problems existed in the present instrumentation and equipment maintenance and management in colleges and universities were analyzed by investigating the present status in this study. In addition,the practice and experience of the instrument and equipment maintenance and management in South China Agricultural University were summarized. Ways and means to effectively solve these problems were proposed from the following five aspects： maintenance management organization,maintenance management system,maintenance personnel,maintenance funds and per-maintenance. This study can provide theoretical and practical reference to instrument and equipment maintenance and management in colleges and universities.
