包钢4150m^3高炉提高煤比生产实践

摘要 包钢4 150 m3高炉为了降低生铁成本,实施了降低焦比提高煤比攻关。生产实践表明:抓好精料工作是保证高炉顺行、降低焦比提高煤比的基础;优化炉内操作、提高风温和富氧喷煤相结合是提高煤比的途径。2015年9月起煤比达到并稳定在130 kg/t以上。 In order to decrease the cost of pig iron for 4150 m^3 blast furnace of Baotou Steel,we carry out the research on decreasing coke ratio and increasing coal ratio. Production practice shows that doing well in the application of beneficiated burden material is the foundation of ensuring the smooth operation of blast furnace and decreasing coke ratio and increasing coal ratio. At the same time, optimizing furnace operation and combining increasing blast temperature with oxygen - enriched coal spray are the way of increasing coal ratio. And the coal ratio of this blast furnace has been reached and kept over 130 kg/t since September 2015.
