This paper introduces the the argon generating process of 12000Nm^3/h air separation plant briefly. For the frosting phenomenon of cold box of circulating liquid argon pump, the leakage of the cold box is analyzed and judged, the location of the leakage by the relevant measures is determined, and the whole process of fault treatment also described in this paper.
