摘要 利用Gleeble2000热模拟试验机,研究X80管线钢单道次变形变形量对奥氏体再结晶及晶粒长大的影响。绘制了试验条件下X80管线钢变形量与奥氏体晶粒尺寸的关系曲线。结果表明:X80管线钢奥氏体晶粒尺寸随着道次变形量的提高,奥氏体晶粒平均晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,晶粒越来越细小均匀。结合设备及工艺条件,确定粗轧末道次压下率为25%。 This paper give a research on single pass deformation of X80 pipeline steel and its deformation effect on austenite recrystallization and grain growth by using Gleeble2000 thermal simulator. In addition, this paper draws the relation curve of deformation and austenite grain size of X80 pipeline steel under test conditions. The result shows that with the improvement of pass deformation amount, the average grain size of austenite will gradually decrease and the gain becomes more fine and uniform. Finally, combining the equipment and process conditions the screw - down rate of the end rough rolling pass is identified as 25% in this paper.
