不同遮阴处理对半夏生长、产量和质量的影响

Effects of Different Shade Treatments on the Growth,Yield and Quality of Piniella ternate

为了解高度遮阴对半夏生长状况、产量和品质的影响,本研究以自然光照为对照,设置3个高度遮阴处理（65%、75%、85%）,测定不同处理植株的形态指标、产量、生物碱、多糖及蛋白质含量。结果表明：（1）遮阴处理有利于延长半夏生育期;（2）85%遮阴度最有利于半夏生长,增产效果明显,与全光照相比,85%遮阴可增产35.7%;（3）遮阴度过高,会使半夏中总生物碱、蛋白质及多糖含量降低,不同处理间3种化学成分含量从高到低的顺序为：65%遮阴75%遮阴全光照85%遮阴。因此,对形态指标、产量和药效成分含量的变化进行综合分析,建议使用65%-75%黑色遮阴网进行半夏栽培。

In order to illuminate the difference of agronomic traits, yield and quality of Piniella ternate in highly shade, 4 treatments with different shade （0, 65%, 75%, 85% ） were designed and deter- mined the morphological indexes, yield and alkaloid, polysaccharide and protein content. The results showed that （ 1 ） The shade treatment was beneficial to extension of growth period. （2） The higher shade intensity was, the mone obvious yield-increasing effect was. 85% shade treatment increased 35. 7% yield compared with full exposure. （3） The shade intensity was higher, the medicinal composition of protein, polysaccharide and total alkaloid content were declining. The order was 65% shade treatment 〉 75% shade treatment 〉 full light 〉 85% shade treatment. Therefore, it＇s suggest using 65% or 75% black shade net to cultivate P. ternate through comprehensive analysis of change of morphological inde- xes, yield and three component content.
