Studies on the Chemical Constituents from Vitex peduncularis Wall in Yunnan Province

摘要 为研究长序荆的化学成分,利用各种色谱技术从长序荆中得到11个化合物,其结构用波谱分析方法分别鉴定为:3’,5-dihydroxy-3,4’,7-trimethoxyflavone(1),3’,5-dihydroxy-4’,6,7-trimethoxyflavone(2),4’,5,7-trihydroxyflavanone(3),kaempferol(4),luteolin(5),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside(6),vitexin(7),isovitexin(8),daucosterol(9),β-谷甾醇(10),豆甾醇(11)。其中,化合物1-6为首次从该植物中分离得到。 In order to study the chemical constituents of Vitex peduncularis Wall, eleven compounds were isolated from 95% EtOH extract of the plant by various chromatography methods. The structures of them were identified by spectroscopic analysis to be : 3' , 5 - dihydroxy - 3,4' , 7 - trimethoxy fla- vone (1), 3' , 5 -dihydroxy - 4' , 6, 7 -trimethoxy flavone (2), 4' , 5, 7 -trihydroxy flavanone ( 3 ), kaempferol (4), luteolin (5), kaempferol - 3 - 0 -/3 - D - glucoside (6), vitexin (7), isovitexin (8), daucosterol (9),β - sitosterol (10) , stigmasterol ( 11 ) , respectively. Among them, compounds 1 -6 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
