PAS55 and Integrated Asset Management for Offshore Wind Power in China

本文首先介绍了海上风电运维所面临的挑战与困难及其与全寿命周期资产管理的相互关系，强调了将PAS55标准引入海上风电资产管理的重要性；其次介绍了PAS55资产管理的定义及范围，和PAS55的规范框架和实施方法；最后将PAS55对海上风电资产管理的应用进行了一些思考。

In this paper the difficulties and challenges faced by the operation and maintenance （O＆M） of China＇s offshore wind power industry are firstly introduced, and the relationship between O＆M and lice cycle asset management is discussed, leading to the conclusion that applying PAS55 to the integrated asset management of offshore wind power is very constructive. Then the specifications for the optimized management of physical assets in PAS55-1 and the guidelines for the application of Pas55-1 are clarified. Finally some considerations are given on the application of PAS55 to the integrated asset management of offshore wind power in China.
