摘要
本文主要介绍了几起风电场运行叶片的失效案例，展示了失效叶片情况，且根据其分析了失效的主要原因。由分析结果可知，本文中叶片失效原因为叶片自身制造工艺及质量把控不严格所致，控制叶片出厂质量对于减少叶片失效的发生具有重要意义。
The paper introduced several fracture accidents of wind turbine blades under operation, which shows the situation of fractured blades, and the main causes were analyzed and summarized. From the results, it is known that the causes mainly happened in blade fabrication. So the quality control in the manufacturers is critical to reduce the fracture accidents of blades.
