摘要
SCR脱硝反应器出口NO_x质量浓度分布不均匀会造成氨逃逸率高、还原剂耗量增加等问题。某电厂330MW机组SCR烟气脱硝系统经优化调整试验,根据SCR反应器出口NO_x质量浓度分布情况对各喷氨支管的手动阀开度进行调节,使SCR反应器出口NO_x质量浓度分布不均匀度降低至15%以下,在满足脱硝效率的前提下,降低了氨逃逸率和空预器堵塞风险,从而使系统运行的经济性和安全性得到显著提升。
The NOx concentration uniform distribution of the SCR denitration reactor outlet can cause the high ammonia escape rate and the problem of reagent consumption increase. By optimizing the operation adjustment, the NOx mass concentration distribution unevenness of a 300 MW thermal power generation station SCR reactor outlet can be reduced to below 15%, then reduces the ammonia escape rate and the air preheater clogging risk based on meeting the denitrification rate, so that the economy and security of system operation is significantly improved.
