摘要
内蒙古国华呼伦贝尔发电有限公司2台空冷机组发电水耗长期偏高,废水无法完全回收利用,废水外排既造成水资源浪费,也易导致环境污染。通过对全厂水平衡及废水回用开展分析研究,实施精处理高低盐废水分离改造、除铁除锰过滤器反洗排水改造等措施,建立全厂水网在线监测统计系统,使公司发电水耗由0.32 kg/kWh降至0.16 kg/kWh,实现了全厂各类废水分类、分质回收利用,达到了降低生产用水成本的目的。
