循环流化床锅炉深度脱硫系统性能分析与优化建议 被引量:5

摘要 某电厂2×200MW机组循环流化床锅炉采用炉内脱硫+石灰石—石膏湿法烟气炉外脱硫工艺的深度脱硫方式,深度脱硫系统投运后,运行稳定性差。通过对脱硫系统运行状态进行分析,认为炉外脱硫系统吸收塔内部流场分布不均匀、除雾器除雾效果差、GGH存在堵塞风险、浆液氯离子质量浓度高,以及运行方式存在问题,并就相关问题提出了优化建议。 A CFB power plant adopts the way for deep desulfurization, which concluded the desulfurization inside boiler and wet flue gas desulfurization in tail. After the deep desulfurization system put into operation, its operation is not stable. The operation of the desulfurization system are analyzed, find that the furnace desulfurization absorption tower internal flow field distribution is not uniform, the effect of mist eliminator removal is poor, GGH has risk jam, content of chloride ion in slurry is high, and the operation mode exist problem and related problems optimization suggestions are given.
