摘要 对某发电公司330MW机组锅炉采用低氮燃烧器、空气分级燃烧等技术进行改造,并针对改造后的燃烧方式进行燃烧调整试验。从设备安全、减排效果及锅炉能效指标等方面对本次改造进行综合评价,结果表明,改造后锅炉排放的NO_x质量浓度从618 mg/m^3降至285mg/m^3,锅炉过热器、再热器没有出现超温情况,锅炉效率变化不大。本次改造及效果评价方法可为同类型锅炉改造提供参考。 With the technology of Low-NO, burner and air staged combustion, a 330 MW unit boiler of a power plant was reformed, the combustion adjustment test was made for the reformed combustion equipment. From the safety of equipment, emission reduction effect and the boiler efficiency index, and other aspects of the transformation of comprehensive evaluation, the results showed that the NO. reduced from 618 mg/m^3 to 285 mg/m^3, superheater and reheater of boiler did not overheat, the boiler efficiency changed little. The reconstruction and evaluation method could provide reference for the reconstruction of the same type boiler.
