摘要
以粘胶纤维毡为前躯体,采用溶液浸渍法制备了CeO_2陶瓷纤维板。研究了主要工艺参数浸渍液的pH、温度对单位质量的粘胶纤维毡生成CeO_2陶瓷纤维板量的影响。结果表明:当浸渍液pH为4、温度为50℃时,单位质量粘胶纤维毡烧成的CeO_2陶瓷纤维板量最高;随着烧结温度的升高,显微组织越致密,纤维板的烧结温度应在1550℃进行。
CeO2 ceramic fiber was prepared by solution dipping process with viscose fiber felt as precursors. The main process parameters studied impregnating solution pH, temperature of the unit mass of viscose fiber mat generate impact CeO2 ceramic fiber content. The results showed that: when impregnating solution at pH 4, the temperature is 50℃, the unit mass of viscose fiber ceramic fiber mat firing CeO2 highest; with sintering temperature, the more dense microstructure, fiberboard sintering temperature should be carried out at 1 550℃.
